    I know what model I have but my understanding is the m in serial number started at m70,000 and mine has m15xxx. Am I wrong on the m70000. Thanks for any info. Pistol has been tucked away for 50 years in original box. Sorry pictures are different here then I am used to. I will learn but old dogs...

    Hunted and enjoyed firearms my whole life. Recently acquired a SW model 34-1 22. Looking for info. Maybe someone could help. my understanding is m serial number started at m70,000 but this one starts at m 15 xxx Thanks for letting me in, looking forward to looking at all the SW's
