    Beretta 950 BS issue

Never had that problem with my BS. But the barrel pin used to walk out.

What Are Your Favorite Jeans for Pocket Carry?

Lee regular fit. At least, up to the last set I got, seems like they are slightly shallower.

    OZZY OSBOURNE HAS PASSED

Will never forget putting that 1st LP on and hearing the church bells… And later, when Iron Man hit the airwaves! RIP Oz…

War hath been declared in my garage

I LOVE my tennis racket zapper… almost more than my S&W! Makes the difference between the rare swat that gets one or two, to a massive stroke of death that clears entire sections of atmosphere! I’m working on mounting a couple on my motorcycle. We will finally prevail!!!

I Am So Sick Of Hearing the Term.....

I started coding around 1978, and am still using my Manx Aztec C compiler from the early 80’s. Thousands of lines of code thru that thing, still works great even if it is 16 bit real mode, LOL. And I’m still in my rock band. From 1980. Boom! :)

    Charter Arms advice

I seem to recall that the “Boomer” was named after the CEO’s dog, who was found chewing on the prototype… no idea if that’s true, but cute story. :)

Width is ok, it locks up fully. Yes, there’s a plunger on the other end; seems to be doing its job. WR: stop and trigger are both new. Hand is old. DA works pretty well, so the only difference from SA is the vector from which force is applied to the trigger assembly, if that makes sense...

You can see the transfer bar at the back of the trigger… the hand is similar but attaches on the left side. In both SA and DA, the trigger drives both the hand and the cyl latch. The only change is the force applied to the trigger… DA it’s pushed rearward by your finger, SA it’s pushed upward...

See last sentence. Plus I’ve already had it apart several times and am past that part of the learning curve, and mailing guns is not cheap, etc. This is a good opportunity to pick up some wheelgun knowledge. It’s a complex system so far as interaction, lots of subtleties. If they had used ONE...

    Charter Arms advice

Got a Bridgeport Bulldog that’s worn, issue was the trigger “locking up” i.e. couldn’t be pulled thru. Discovered cylinder latch was retracting and then being allowed to re-engage the cylinder before it had started to turn. Wear on the latch and trigger. So, cyl latch and trigger replaced. Also...

    Minnesota Assassin Arrested

Yeah, early Saturday my phone went off about 6:00 with an alert saying everyone should stay “in place”, and that police were working in pairs. By late afternoon they’d decided he was no longer in the area. I was impressed with the police immediately checking on other possible targets and...

Holy Cow!!! 55th high school reunion

My 50th was a hoot… unbeknownst to me they’d somehow hired my band to play at it! So being in the band, still skinny with all my hair… I was finally cool!
