I was offered a shooter grade 1917 that has a few issues. Some surface rust, stamps have been sanitized. the serial number on the butt of the grip have been hand stamped "replaced" (kinda looks like the numbers hand stamped on my brazilian mausers.) 111.111.111(not the serial just an example)...

There is no Brazilian crest on the side plate of this one. He also had one of the Brazilian pistols too (but deep blue) thanks for the help.

I just picked up a DA45 at the gunshow this morning. It seems to have been parkerized at some point. lock up is good. It does not have the US Army stamp on the heel. Seems to be a commercial gun. it has an import mark under the barrel. SN is 1737xx.(all numbers match, cant tell on grips due to...

Are any of the 59 series (or other) sights interchangeable with the model 910?? these plastic sights are driving me crazy. I purchased 2 of these fine pistols from century for $160 each so i am not too upset but would like to find metal sights these plastic are beat up.
