S&W lists their upper spec's as 7075 series aluminum, they list the lower as just aluminum. Anyone know for sure if it is the same 7075 and not 6061. thanks!

Well it's definitely the upper. I ran it on a lower with a carbine receiver extension and it was in fact worse. I know the carbine buffer is lighter than a rifle buffer but the carbine spring is heavier than the carbine length spring and I also replaced the gas rings. The receiver is on the way...

Not much of a fan concerning the collapsible stocks so I ordered a BCM A2 stock for mine, should be here Monday. The Sport is a fantastic rifle and it's almost as much fun to accessorize as it is to shoot.
