Good luck getting magazines - I haven't been able to find any since I got my M&P .40 way back in August 2012. I put myself on email notification on MidwayUSA, they're still on backorder. As for holsters, I use 2 - a DeSantis Tuck This II, while my favorite is from Kusiak Leather.

Funny how they keep "finding" these 1006 pistols. They've been using that same tired "I found them on a shelf in the back of the store" story for years now, and every time they do, they have another 10 or 12 to sell. Last batch they "found" went for $750 per pistol. Guess I'll have to wait...
