Went to a gun show this weekend with low expectations. Saw a few interesting guns, visited w friends. Ended up bringing this 4th change M&P home. Serial # puts it at 1925 or so. Condition was acceptable to my eye, the action is right, and the price was good. My second 5 screw, first pre-war.

I'm in the firm saddle group. So Corbin. It has a provision for a back support which I don't have. also has an available pillion seat that doesn't get used. FYI you may need to change or at least move your handlebars after the seat change. I put Heritage bars on, it was a common upgrade back...

Didn't mean to imply that the grips were factory just that they are real Ivory. The blue gun had the factory blacks on it. The nickle had the factory blacks in the box.

Shiny 59s final (for now) Now what do I do with the Ivories?

Shiny 59s part 2 Didn't really care for the look of the Ivories on the Nickel so I put the black OEs back on. Black screws look fine but I still want the correct nickels. Much better IMHO.
