There is already a bullet that is mis-fed. I try to sling shot, but it is blocked by a bullet. I believe that MKBruce has it right, it might be the force is sending a bullet into the chamber before I even try to do anything with the slide.

Rastoff, I can't even close the slide because the bullet is blocking the chamber. MKBruce I will try that next time out. With my M&P 9c I have gotten used to slamming the mag in so maybe that is the issue.

I have noted that if my slide is open and I try to insert a new magazine, it jams. It happens everytime. If the slide is closed there are no issues with the reload. I believe I have seen others mention this, but not seen any ways to fix this. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
