I have a R1 and have no complaints. To be fair it’s the only 1911 I have and I have not shot the SA. I picked it up for $399 a few years ago on Black Friday. I’m sure there are nicer 1911’s out there but for the price I’m beyond pleased.

I bought a Remington R1 on Black Friday a couple years ago at Sportsman’s Warehouse for $399. It’s the only 1911 I have and am very impressed for the price. Shoots great and looks good too.

Check out Kusiak leather. The signature is $47 and thin and light similar to kydex but leather. Love mine.

Just went down to my local Walmart and they were wiped out. Clearance stickers were up but bare shelves. A couple boxes of 25 acp was all I saw.
