I'm right handed and don't mind having a strong side safety lever like a 1911. But I'd like to remove the off side safety safety lever and replace it with some sort of plug or nut or screw. Does anyone make a part like this? Can you just remove the off side lever and not replace it with anything?

Have either of you tried to run any of the cheap steel case 9mm ammo in your conversions? I have a Ruger LCR in 9mm. It shoots and ejects fine with all brass cased 9mm, but steel cases ammo sticks and is very hard to eject. TK's site says you can still run .38 spl and .357 mag after conversion...

I have small Presentation grips on my old Ruger Security Six. I would like to have the same grips on my S&W Model 18 .22LR so it could serve as a ".22 conversion unit" for the .357 Ruger.

That's what I was afraid of Ridgewalker. I'm in the same boat as AZretired. The small ones fit me and the large ones do not. The large are roughly 1-1/2" wide at the butt and the small are about 1-5/16" wide at the butt.

Pachmayr used to make 2 sizes of Presentation grips for each gun model - Large and Small. The Large was about 1/4" thicker side-to-side than the small. The LARGE were only a tiny bit bigger in length and in depth front to back than the SMALL. Now they apparently only make one size Presentation...

I'm looking for an alloy frame .38 or .357 K or L frame with 2-1/2" to 3" barrel. So basically a 386 SC/S, 386 NG, 315 NG, or Model 12 would fill the bill. What is the ballpark price I should expect to pay for each of these in used, good to very good condition?
