    Well the countdown of 10 days ended today :-) Brought home a Model 17-4 (c.1978, 21K4xxx) that I got used from a guy on CalGuns.net. The land of "fruits and nuts" doesn't allow these babies to be imported, so I had to get it from another Kalifornian. Thankfully, he didn't want it any longer...

    Model 37 age?

    I'm considering purchasing an S&W Model 37. The serial number is 3J37xx. The pics look like the blued finish is still extremely good, and the bbl appears to me to be pinned. Seller is asking 425. Any help with an idea of it's age/value would be appreciated!
