My local Range provides training classes needed for local CCW and popular non resident CCW. Check with your local range for training.

I got my Non Resident AZ CCW pretty easy. But didn't go through a third party. Worked directly with AZ. Had to send in copy of DD214 (in lieu of training) fingerprint cards and passport photos. PA was even easier, but had to be in person to get picture taken and pickup license.
