    Odd little Hunter Holster

O Great, now I got to buy a High Standard Derringer, having the holster and all. Funny, the chart I found online did not seem to have any High Standards on it. Go figure. Thanks for finding that.

Different carving on a Hunter Holster?

Can't say I ever made this distinction before, but now that you point it out it is quite obvious. Just starting my journey appreciating worked leather and this lesson has sharpened my eye. Thanks

Different carving on a Hunter Holster?

Not having seen many carved Hunters I may be mistaken. But this seems a little different from the normal Floral designs. Seems like more ferns than flowers. Maybe a non-issue but interested in how it strikes them that know such things. Still trying to pin down the 55L with my limited resources...

Yeah, but he probably did not mind them squirming around on the floor for an hour.

Who knows something about (old) stereo equipment?

With old analog controls and mechanical switches, it's more than likely a hunk of spunk in the switch. They are complex but in reality, they rely on mechanical contacts. They get gummy and lose spring tension. Any of the switches were capable of dropping a channel intermittently and in this...

Not Sure I Understand S&W’s Answer

That is a good remedy but the part that is missing is S&W will not convert it that way. Any "real" gunsmith should have no problem doing it. Probably get the whole job done locally for not allot more than just shipping to S&W would run.

    Taurus Executive Grade Revolver

It may be a great gun, but I'll never know. If my band of Jackel cohorts found out I paid $689 for a Taurus they would turn into Hyenas, the laughing kind. Fear of peer group pressure can be a crippling thing.
