I like the look of a few manufactured holsters but they showed too much definition and a good eye could potentially spot it. So... I decided to make my own.
My experiences are based upon 4 copies of the BG2 in our family.
A 1/16" divot filled with phosphorescent paint relieved the rear sight woes (photo below) but I agree on your front sight thought.
Return yours to S&W for a tune-up, although, truthfully... you shouldn't need to for such a...
Many posts are hard to read and leave me scratching my head.
The sights weren't exactly centered on 4 copies of a BG2 in our family. All I did was drift the front a little left and the rear a little right and presto... the sights were just about perfectly centered and I'm disappearing the 10X...

Removing the burr from the early BG2's and polishing the ramp has proven Underwood's fluted coppers perfect for me . I only experienced one/two hang-ups in 250 rounds previous to that anyway. Also started loading the Pez into its dispenser like this too.

I read nowhere in this thread where the original poster mentioned carrying full mag+1 while pocket carrying. If he doesn't then what's wrong with carrying without one?

Yeah, my account was kicked out too but I'm good now. The cantilever invert idea came to me just as I gave up and started repackaging it... it laid backwards and I noticed when reaching for the box. Good luck and keep us posted!
