Yes, using the name with different models is what I meant - it is confusing. I haven't had any trouble with the internal lock, just unlocked it & forgot about it.

I bought a S&W 649-5 Bodyguard in 2007. It's SS, has a lock, - it's a .357mag/.38 spec +P. Can anybody tell me what S&W is doing co-opting the "Bodyguard" name, by saying .38 Bodyguard? I love this gun, but maybe it's going out of production?

I had this problem - primed cases needed depriming, due to my inexperience. I read the posts, then went & deprimed 50 cases. I used a Lee universal deprimer. No problem. Now I'm wondering if I can reuse the primers? They seem ok, dia is the same. What say you?
