Did you try Speed Shooter Specialties?

I shoot IDPA with my 9mm pro and I love the beaver tail on it. It allows me to get as high and consistent grip as possible when I draw from the holster.

Both are cool guns, I've had a few 1911s and I have a pro 5" 9mm. Just depends on what you wanna do. I shoot IDPA with my pro but the 1911 is a very cool gun full of history. Both are fun to shoot and I know this doesn't help you decide on which one so you should probably just get both!

I have a 5" 9mm and a FS 40. If I swap the uppers they each fit in their respective comp Tac holsters as they should.

I have them on two M&Ps, two XDs's and one XDm and if I get more handguns they'll get em too.

I have a XDm and 2 M&Ps, both are great guns but I shoot my M&Ps better, don't know why...just do. Try em both before you buy one if at all possible.

That should come off, I've holstered and unholstered my M&P 40 hundreds of times from a kydex holster and it shows zero wear so far.

I went to the gun show in Ft. Worth this weekend, plenty of shield mags in 9 and 40 also.

Same here, I'd love to have some but not at double price.
