He is asking about the 380 BG not the revolver. My BG has had no malfunctions with Hornady, Speer, CCI and Remington ammo. I have shot a little over 100 rounds of each. All were FMJ except for the Speer which were Gold Dots.
The plant being closed is the Thompson Center operation. They are moving the operation to the Springfield plant. It is a cost saving move nothing more. That is the way to stay in business and make a profit.
I purchased two that were EAA series. Both had the take down lever problem. I sent them to S&W and they returned with EAB series frames. They both now function flawlessly. Even with the first series frame there have been no failures to feed, fire or eject. My wife and I are happy with them now...
I hope for the best but my two are being returned because of the take down lever coming out. I sure hope they don't get me in the "send it in several times mode".
Well I bought two of them and they are both going back because of the take down lever coming out of the frame. The guy I talked to said no problem, send them in and we will fix them. I really hope they do on the first try but is seems they don't do the frame fix until after you send them in...
Vbvaguy where did you get the additional magazines. I looked on S&Ws site and none are shown. I emailed them and the answer was not available at this time.
