    A 1911 that was Elmer Keith's

Kieth's .45 Congratulations on your purchase! For what it's worth, I don't care if you call them clips or magazines, as long as they work! If it were mine, I'd put a new bead in the sight, shoot it some, take care of it and treasure it for it's history. L. O. G.

    .32 "I" frame

A while back I posted on this forum asking for info on an early .32 hand ejector and received several helpful replies. Now I can't find them. Is there any way to pull up older posts? It had to be 4-5 months ago. L. O.G.

    More "I" frame .32

Glowe: This one isn't rusty, but "beater" describes it pretty well. HRICHARD: This one is an early model with out the rebound slide and the hand is a different type.

    "I" frame .32

Numrich has the part. They call it a rebound catch. Now if I can find a hand I should be able to get it working. The hand in it looks to be a later type that someone rather crudely adapted to fit. Numrich shows it "sold out".

    "I" frame .32

6518 John: You are right, it is a 2nd model. it looks like the missing part catches on the frame to block the hammer after firing. It shows below the hand spring, just above the area where the middle finger would be when firing the revolver. Skeert57: Rebound lever sounds right. It shows...

    "I" frame .32

A relative brought me a .32 S&W revolver in need of repair. It appears to be an early "I" frame hand ejector. Serial number is 84xx. Cylinder is swing-out 6 shot. Barrel is marked .32 long ctg. S&W logo is on the side plate. There is no rebound slide, but there is an extra spring which bears...
