    Selling Lots of XDS' Because S&W will not reconize and fix this problem for all 40 cal owners they are selling a lot of Springfield XD'S! I bought one and love it! Much better customer service and a better gun!

    Sell Smith& Wesson Stock Sell all your Smith & Wesson stock because at this rate they will be out of business in the near future! It does not take long once you reveal the type of company you are with customers! Never again will I own anything from them.

    Shield comes in 2 cals Shields come in 2 cals and the 40 is a piece of junk . Gun should get rip off of the year and customer service is very very bad!! Won't even admit they have a problem! Never fear it could be YOU soon!

    Drops every 3rd or forth round Mine drops either mag every 3rd or forth round. My last SMITHWESSOIN ever! Anybody got a XDs they would like to trade for my 40cal Shield? I will consider paying fair amount of boot!

    45 Caliber Shield??

    40 cal mag drop S&W can not even get the 40 to work! I would hate to see failure rate in 45. They also will not own up to the problem, get an XDS !!

    Fixed Loose Mag Loose mag was bothering me because it seemed that I would soon be having mag dropped problem. I put one thin strip of lead tape (golfers tape) on the back of both mags and both fit perfect now. Shot 150 rds and wife continues to out shoot me with this gun;however, not by much...

    M&P 40 cal Range Report Shot another 100 rds yesterday. No problems but mag gets very loose after about 50 rds. Short mag shoots better groups than long one! Makes no sense but holds true for me and wife. I have only shot light loads and am concerned about when I start using defense loads...

    New 40 Shot 100 rds this weekend with no problems. Wife shot 50 rnds (shoots gun better than me ...hammered bullseye at 7 yds. Lucky so far still no problems;however did notice loose fit when gun was hot. My serial is DXV.
