After the previous rebate fiasco the company President said he would personally remedy this ridiculously slow program. Apparently he can't do squat. 7 weeks for confirmation your request has been received is terrible. And then you still wait weeks for your items!! These times are not acceptable...

Rebates Don't understand why S&W has such a problem with rebates!! I go into Staples and process a rebate request online and receive an email that night saying my rebate is in the works. Process S&W rebate on 9/4 still nothing in the system. Call number provided, press 1 to leave message...
