Has anyone used a "Big 45 Frontier Metal Cleaner"? Claims to remove rust with no harm to the blue. Supposed to be made of a special alloy that is harder than rust but softer than bluing. It looks like a corse Brillo pad but it is magnetic. Got one but haven't used it.

It looks like the OP has found his problem, but I have had a couple of situations like this where the a second or even third strike would not fire the round. On taking the round apart I found the primer did not have any priming material in the cup. (CCI Primers).

Just use a lee sizing die. It basically has a built-in stuck case remover and you don't need all the other stuff.

632 Just bring back the 632 in various forms and you have three or four different ammo offerings available for practice or carry with no need for the clips. Why reinvent the wheel. 30 SC is for an auto.

Two More That Should Work Also, 45 Schofield and 45 Cowboy Special should work in this or any combination up to the longest chamber. I have a Ruger Super Blackhawk Bisley in 454 Casull that can handle all four 45s if needed.
