Mine letters were similarly vague, but I guess they count as proof.

I have two, a 300 WM and a 22-250 Rem., that I sent in on Monday, Nov. 21, they arived at S&W on Nov. 23 (the day before Thanksgiving) and had them both back on Dec. 2. Hopefully, they can keep this up for everybody.
