Sigma magazine malfunction One of the S&W magazines supplied with my new Sigma SW40VE came apart while target shooting. I had been having trouble with stove-pipe jamming (using Federal 180gr FMJ). Found the base pad and follower, but not the spring. Anyone else have this happen to them...

Thanks for quick reply. I have a Webley Mark IV that takes standard 38 S&W cartridges -- looking for another revolver that can handle same cartridge.

Inherited a Webley Mark IV revolver and boatload of 38 S&W cartridges -- all in great working order. Where can I find info on other revolvers or pistols that are chambered for the 38 S&W? Can a 38 S&W (not Special or +P) be fired in a 357 magnum?
