I paid $324.99 plus $10 shipping for my Shield 9 no safety at Quantico Tactical with the LE/First Responder Discount. My FFL is going to charge me $25 for the paperwork. So $360 total. I pick it up tomorrow!!! LGS is selling them for $429 plus tax.

I think I saw a video on you tube where a guy compares them side by side. Just do a search for S&W 22 compact. I think that's where I saw it. If the threaded barrel was legal in New York I would have had a 22 compact months ago.

I just ordered a 9 mm Shield today without a safety. This will be my first pistol without a safety. I am anxious to get my new Shield to the range as soon as it arrives.
