The receipt states S&W Airlite, serial number and price, that is it. My fault for not looking as they say, buyer be ware!!

Just purchased a no lock 642 and would like some info on it. The serial number starts CAH5XXX, but the model number stamped below the serial number is 442-1. Year of manufacture? Any idea why it is stamped 442 and not 642? CT vs. LaserMax grips? Sure like it. Appreciate comments and info.
