Best price I've seen for a 15-22 locally was for $399 (special sale). I recently noticed some black 15-22 MOE's also at our LGS for $529 (another special sale). That said, depending on what the supply/demand situation is in your area I'd say cost would be anywhere between $400-$609 (MSRP)...
