    best method for SS scratch removal

    I second the mothers mag polish, I turned a well used stainless model 64 into a beautiful gun. I also used 1500 and 2000 grit paper to remove all the scratches. Had a little help from a dremel tool with some polishing wheels too!

    My refinished 39-2 I have a couple 422's and a model 64 in stainless but this is by far my fav pistol out the the 16 I have.

    I just picked one up for 150 bucks and polished it up! It turned out really nice. Put a hogue grip on it for 15 dollars.

    Thanks guys! I appreciate the great feedback, I am now working over a stainless model 64 revolver but its just getting a polish job and some new grips. I have been using 2500 grit sandpaper on it and Mothers mag wheel polish and it is turning out very well. I have a good before pic and a not so...
