Exactly, the gun is clearly marked 52-1 and is chambered in 9 mm Luger.

Does anybody know how many S&W 39 (no dash and dash 2) have been produced and how many of the 439 model?

Are the rear sights and the thumb piece from early model 17 the same as in early model 27?

This is S prefix Model 27. Is the cylinder release lever and the elevation screw correct? Both look different to those I have seen.
