Sure, if its under clothing it is concealed. Legal or not depends on where you are. I know it is legal where Im at and I dont know where you can carry concealed where they are not.

Thanks so much! Super glad to be here. I notice the Model 327 NG doesnt get talked about much here. At least not when I search 327 or Night Guard. Was it a flop. I find it to be a nice firing gun. It isnt very practical though, but I have other more "practical" guns also.
