I have the full size & like it alot. Zero problems. Find a range where you can try it out, maybe shoot side by side w/full size. Personal preference but, you may find you like the way it handles better. I do but then I always was different.

Have not heard that one. Did you run the mags to check function ? By the time frame should I assume you took the one with the thumb safety ? If you did, what do you think ?

No matter which one you choose, for the best accuracy in your particular weapon, the true & accurate diameter of your barrel must be known. You mentioned that yours is .357. As MMT stated, his supplier does multiple diameters. Not all do. That said, Berrys has served me well. I do not shoot lead...
