    Yeah, in Virginia that's a county thing. My county (Clarke) laminates them for you, but you've got to pick them up at the Courthouse, where in other counties, they might mail them to you.

    That's really an excellent point, Barb. I'm caught-up as much as anyone in the bigger/faster/smoother semi-automatics, but there's something to be said for the form and function of a wheelgun in fight-or-flight reactions.
