Hinged Trigger MPs vs Newer Flat Trigger Mps

I have the older hinged trigger MP Compact 2.0 4" gun and really like it. But have never been too crazy about the hinged trigger. I've thought about changing it out with the Apex flat trigger kit. But with SW turning out production guns with the flat trigger was thinking why not just buy new...

    Sight suggestions for 2.0 Compact

I have the 4" 2.0 Compact, love the gun but would like to replace the factory sights. The wide gap in the rear sight kind of bugs me. Any suggestions for a nice set of aftermarket sights with a tighter gap. I really do not care about a set of night sights, would prefer a fiber optic front and...

    JUST ONCE THANK YOU

"Noah" was the worst movie I ever seen. I like Russell Crowe but my gosh I'm embrassed that he allowed himself to be cast in that movie.

    Stink Bugs

Yes, here in NW Arkansas we had large numbers last year and again this year. Seems like I rarely saw them in previous years. I brought in a load of firewood last night and saw one flying around the living room a few minutes later.

    First Time Shooting New M&P 2.0 C 9mm

Although my 4" MP Compact does not have a safety, I would not be opposed to owning an MP with a safety. Seems like if your gun has a safety but you don't want to use it, just never engage it. Problem solved.

    First Time Shooting New M&P 2.0 C 9mm

I purchased a 4" MP 2.0 compact from the LGS yesterday. Kind of been a Glock guy for years but friends are always telling me how great the MP 2.0s are compared to Glocks. Look forward to running some rounds through it soon.

    "SPF" FS SW 3913 LS

Back in the 2000's I went on a 3rd gen addiction buying 3913 variants finally stopping at 12. These guns have laid in the safe for years not getting shot. I'm getting old and thinning out these guns that never get shot. This 3913 LS was purchased from a Deputy who bought it for his wife. I was...

    3913LS and 3913NL Prices

Fellows, thanks for the good info and comments, it's been fun to read your responses about friends. I was thinking I might rate my friends 1 to 10 and have a sliding scale for discounts for any personal guns sells. Think I'll price LSs, NLs and regular 3913s around $500. The guy is more a friend...

    3913LS and 3913NL Prices

If you had a friend coming over to your house this weekend to check out your 3913's, assuming you were willing to sell one, what price would you give him on an LS vs NL. Consider all in "nice" condition (not police trades) with 2 mags but no boxes. I see wide price ranges but would want to give...

Model 6906 vs Glock 26 for CCW

What he said! Lot of nice carry guns mentioned here, PPS is difficult to beat for CCW.

    3913 & mags find

Yeah, it's kind funny to see his gun model list, mostly all our American made guns he is crafting holster for but in anti-gun UK. I would guess most of his product is shipped to U.S. buyers. He sounds very knowledgeable, a lot of interesting info about holster design and fabrication on his web...

    3913 & mags find

Yes, these pawn shops are really a roll of the dice on finding something nice at a reasonable price. I think this fellow is too high on most of his guns but I was in his shop 2 years ago and about tore my back pocket off buying a nice CZ 85 for $350 OTD. So you just never know, I drop in these...

Geez Slufstuff, I believe you are correct. I had not even noticed the hooked guard and step moulding, you have a keen eye for the details!

    3913 & mags find

Well Google is my friend. Looks like the holster is made by Horseshoe Leather Products, one man shop in Sharow, England. Not a big fan of small of back holsters but I believe this is the one, $110 US. Small of Back Gun Holsters for Guns, Covert Gun Holsters, Holsters for Pistols, IDPA Holsters...

    3913 & mags find

Good question about the holster, I've been trying to figure out who made the holster myself. On the back side at the bottom it has a horseshoe stamped in the leather and the word "England" stamped below the shoe. At first I thought it was some cheap odd ball holster but after examining it, it...
