called on a friday they sent e-mail for free postage in a hour called fed ex they picked it up on monday got it back 10 days after.

Got mine back from S&W, put 500 rounds through it no problems. Received two free mags.

I was thinking about fixing it myself but didn't want to mess with the warranty..played it safe, I never bought from S&W before so didn't know what I was getting myself into. Easy sailing so far.

I bought my 15-22 at a Academy, took it to the range same jamming issue as above. Very happy with price I got it for about 410.00, but disappointed with all the problems cleaned it bought different brands of bullets same thing...called S&W and they e-mailed a shipping lable in two days they have...
