    NEW/OLD 457

I have owned , used, and enjoyed my M457 for years. I am sure the M457 is one of the best kept secrets in the handgun world. I had mine refinished and now it is too pretty for carry; what do you think?

    Model 457 45 auto...Opinions

I gave $325 for mine new. Is a new M457 worth $550? In my eyes yes, it is a fine defensive pistol and easy to conceal. Regards, Richard

    quick help needed on 6906

If I had seen the M6906 before my Glock 19 and 23 I doubt I would have bought either of them. Regards, Richard

Help me decide on a CCW .357.

A S&W M60-10 will get you through the day and night. This little beast is not that bad to shoot with full loads. Regards, Richard

    Concealable semi-auto’s CS45... what others?

The best compact 45acp, for carry, is the Bersa Thunder 45. Mine is compact, lightweight, accurate, reliable, and not expensive. It has served me well for years. Whats not to like? Regards, Richard

Whats the correct finish on a 1917?

I am pretty sure the early 1917s had a commercial blue and the later ones came with a matte finish. I may be wrong but that is what is in my head. Regards, Richard
