I am very happy with the Surefire SOCOM on my Sig 716 and as soon as my M&P 10 gets here it will get one too. Way less recoil and Way less muzzle climb and it does not negatively impact the rifles accuracy at all. I don't know what it does to the person beside me as I have my own backyard range...
