here is a good one ..came across a piece of 38 spec brass the other day while reloading and it accepted a large pistol primer...the headstamp said 38special superspeed..never saw one before ..does anybody know anything about these..thanks
thanks for the info I will try some CCI standard vel its an early one reports are that serial numbering began at 5000 this one is one of the first 50 if that is true. all matching, under barrel , on back of cylinder and grips I haven't figured how to post a pic yet
I have a question for you folks I have an early 22 kit gun aluminum frame and cylinder ser# 50xx...I have found that the empties are very hard to eject..is that normal..22 cbs no problem...my guess is the aluminum cylinder has something to do with this ..am I right? tell me what you think...
hey there I have had a 22 kit gun serial number 50xx for awhile and cases seen hard to eject...is that normal ..because the cylinder is aluminum ..just wondering...CCi cbs ..no problem ..hi vel and standard are tough..
thanks
I have through the years liked CCi for my rifles ..and winchester for my pistols ..good thing is CCI are silver ...and Winchester are gold ..so you can never mix them up ..
I found a nice accurate load for my Ruger SR9...4.8 grains of Universal Clays ..with a winchester primer..115gr winchester fmj ..very accurate ..for a 9mm..
i am looking for a set of socks for my model 28 ...a nice old one ..S212xxx...the original are the small type ..i am looking to buy a set of oversize ...just to shoot it...they don't have to be fancy ..i just like the old wood stocks ...not the rubber ones
if anybody has an extra set ...give me...
