    NEW ATF DIRECTIVE considered on SS109 - 5.56 ammo

    Maybe this comment was already addressed, but isn't velocity a factor in penetration? Is the velocity of M855 the same from an AR pistol as an AR rifle? Has that been tested by ATF or anyone else?
