How do you remove the firing pin and spring from a 3rd gen DAO S&W auto. I've done it on the DA/SA models but can't figure out the DAO procedure.

4040pd grips I just ordered a set of 3913 grips from S&W to put on my 4040pd. I received a pair of #20356 and they won't go on the gun due to a lug at the bottom that hits the bottom of the mainspring. I called customer support and was told that the 3913 is a 9mm and those grips won't fit a 40...
