    I'm waffling.. 15-22 or dedicated .22LR upper?

If you're going to go the dedicated upper or conversion kit route, you should take into consideration the magazines that are available. Prior to buying my 15-22, I decided to get some high cap Black Dog mags to use with my M261 kit and be done with it. I have two M261 kits and haven't shot...

Put some stuff on: Magpul MBUS, KZ Sling Loop, Vertical Grip and Sling

I got them on Ebay, but the seller is no longer registered and the auction was taken down. If you want, maybe you can contact his directly. Here's his info from my paypal receipt: globaltektronics [email protected] I just took a closer look and I apologize, the MBUS cost $22...

    S & W M&P 15-22: Talk me out of it!

I'm a new owner and have only taken my 1522 to the range once for a one hour session. What I'm about to tell you may steer you away from this gun. I shot 300+ rounds in that hour without a single malfunction or glitch -- didn't even bother cleaning it first. The last two mags I shot as fast...

    I love this gun

I hear ya. I haven't shot that much over the past 7-8 years and got quite a bit of sticker shock when I started checking into the price of ammo  That's the reason why I started looking into shooting .22. The one thing I'm concerned about is developing an addiction -- I'm already starting...

    I love this gun

Took the 15-22 to the range on Saturday and all I can say is that this has to be one of the best gun purchases I've ever made. Out of the box I fired about three hundred rounds of Remington Thunderbolts and a few Winchester Dynapoints. I'm happy to report that this little gun performed...

    CT Compliant Stock Removal?

I'm also in CT and I picked up my 15-22 on Sunday. I used a 5/64" drill bit to remove the stock pin. The bit is just a tad bigger than the hole in the pin so it gave it enough grip to pull it out. I'm going to replace the stock with another fixed stock off a Bushmaster lower. The hex-head...
