Been there done that! Tried both methods of lead removal, even fire lapped the barrel. Same thing

I have a S&W Model 25-5 with something I can only call tool bit chatter along one of the lands how do I get rid of it? My OCD screams every time I clean it. Thanks in advance for any help!

Thanks for all the replies guys! I did contact the previous owner first and you guessed it "fine when I had it" story, will probably part it out. Lesson learned! On a happier note I now have a pristine model 25-5 4"nickel on it's way (Advice taken: buy what you want=original configuration).
