They are fine with concealed carry, just no open carry. I have already been in the drive-thur with a loaded riot shotgun in the passenger seat. Didn't seem to bother the employees at all.

I don't want or need to buy a bunch of new holsters. I think a thumb snap strap is fine. Level 1 will do. If you already have a level 2 or 3 and like them, use them. Any level 1's that you would like to give me, just PM or email and I will take those unsafe things off your hands.:D

I didn't read that needing active restraint level 2 holsters. I think a thumb snap would meet the requirement. Plus since this section deals with classroom instruction, I don't think it is a requirement for OC. Steve
