With the 22a I have found that CCI Minimags in both the 40gr Copper Plated RN and the 36gr Copper Plated HP have never failed. Also, blue box Federal Champion 36gr Copper Plated HVHP's in bulk work fine. I have yet to find ammo under 1240-1260fps or with a LRN that works reliably in my 22A

Yeah- just keep shooting the federal bulk packs or CCi Minimag and you'll be fine!
