Thank you! Blue finish, diamond grips and 1 7/8 barrel. It does have the contoured release and pinned barrel.

I have searched sites looking for a date of production for a Model 36. The only reference I can find is manufacture between 1963 to 1969. The serial number is 510406. Many thanks for any help you might provide! Scott
