That “fix” only gives it one more week of battery life. Still pretty sad coming from the company that ridiculed all other optic companies for their battery life. They may get it right in the gen2 version, but for now they’re not a duty option.

I hate to say it but I had removed it from my other weapons due to the poor battery life. They failed miserably in that department. Could have been a game changer if it wasn’t for that. Instead Holosun 509 took that trophy.

It’s just like a drill bit that is flat on the end. No clue what it’s called.

Front is a Dawson Precision 050-726. They still produce but you have to call it in because it’s no longer showing online. Rear is from Meprolight ML-22771-RS. I don’t know about perfect but more like acceptable. :D I did it in a drill press. Don’t own a proper mill.

Thanks! I’m not a machinist so I’m happy it came out well. I may mill it a bit lower so I can see iron sights. They are just out of the window of the red dot.
