Frank Smith does excellent work at LSG as the S&W Warranty Center. He was able to reduce the trigger pull significantly. I don't have the actual reduction but I estimate that the pull went from +10 lbs to 7 lbs. Accuracy has dramatically improved. The pistol was test fired at his facility...

Thanks for the info. I was able to ship my SW40VE off yesterday thru FedEx and should get it back on Friday. S&W paid for everything. Warranty work is a wonderful thing.
