@M25max good call, IMO, on the Barranti. If you ever decide to go IWB, their Summer Classic is a winner, too. I’ve had a Barranti Summer Classic for 3-1/2”, 4”, and 5” N-frames - they work incredibly well for me. I can’t find my group-picture with all three, so here’s just the 4” and 5”...

Congratulations on an outstanding deal on an outstanding handgun! My personal vote holster-wise, for what it’s worth, would be Barranti. I’m a huge fan of his Summer Classic IWB for N-Frames.

Indeed, a big “Bosch” fan here - the original series is what got me into an Amazon Prime membership to begin with haha! I’ve only read the first of the novels and need to keep going. Enjoying the “Ballard” TV series now.

My most recent experience ordering directly from Kramer was 4 or 5 years ago. I’d ordered an item for a revolver and it was a handful of weeks out from completion when I called back in and ordered another holster for a different gun. The associate on the phone said something along the lines...

I like the concept, OP, and would opt for muzzle that’s just a bit past the magazine tube endcap as others have mentioned.

Indeed, a combination of a loose ejector rod and a small bit of gunk under the “star” immobilized a 3-1/2” 27-2 for me once upon a time. Total disassembly of the cylinder, thorough cleaning of all components, and a tightening of the rod set things right again.
