Thanks partner! Yeah, that's the other gun my bro gave me about 10 years ago - a .38 special and I really like it. I'm taking the LTC in 2 weeks and will qualify with the M&P Shield that I bought today...but I'll prob carry that Colt every now 'n then just because I like it so much.

I am new to the forum, and although I grew up in rural Oklahoma with a lot of guns in the house, it's only recently that I've renewed my interest in handguns as I would like to get my LTC. My brother was in law enforcement for 20+ years, and actually carried this 66-1 back in the late 80's...
