    The Beretta M9

When a local gun dealer, who was at every gunshot decided to retire, that Sunday, he gave me the option to buy all his mags at way below cost. I did. Had cases of military contract mags for the m9, tons of 1911 mags, cases of oem BHP mags, glock mags but most prizes of all? Case upon case of...

Will somone either loan me three hundred bucks or talk me out of the M&P 40s that are out there.

    Lol, recoil is a hot 454 out of my 2" Alaskan or a hot 500 from a 4" s&w 500

    The Beretta M9

Way back, when Beretta put out the Military branch commemorative models.marjed for each branch along with branch specific aluminum grips, bought 2 of each still nib, and at a gunshot I picked up another one, the US navy version, traded an Essex 1911 for it.

    Model 64 Snubnose

I got mine at the pawn shop, bnib unfired under $400. It's wearing a set of Altamont combat grips. I've got quite a few other Smith wheel guns from the 80s. When Montgomery Wards went out of business, I bought their entire firearms inventory, about 80 guns total. Still have em all.

Will somone either loan me three hundred bucks or talk me out of the M&P 40s that are out there.

I picked up a LE trade in m&p in 40 for $219 when I got it, it appeared to be uninsured with 2 mags, plus, I purchased 20 trade in mags for $7.95 each. Lol, yesterday at the gunshot in their loose mag bins, I found 7 glock oem 33rd mags, 5 fde 19x 19rd mags, 10 g17 oem mags, 4 mag g19 mags, 8...

    Quality Control

I've had two from Taurus, a M66 4" satin nickel and a pt92, both with over 70k rounds, no issues. Frame on the 92 cracked and Taurus sent me a brand new one. I sent the M66 in after 70k+ rounds for safety inspection and they sent me a brand new one. This was in the 80s, now I don't know, but...

Vacuum Sealing Ammo: Yae or Nae?

Way back circa 192, as a Corpsman stationed at PNH before my tenure with the Marines, I purchased a used medical vacuum system, started vacuum sealing all gun boxes and receipts from gun purchases, loose ammo, and gun parts plus guns I had no intention of shooting for a while. I'd oil the gun...

    M&P Shield 2.0 9mm...VERY Hard to Rack

It does, I have those handles on all my shield 9/40/45s, m&p's. But if want tight, try racking the slide of a Tisas Fatih. It would be easier to pull Chair Force 1.

38 special brass- what brand do you like by best? Any to avoid?

For some odd reason, I've always been taken with Remington 130 fmj-rn. Back in the 80s, I laid in a supply of a new manufacturer making reloadable plastic cases. 50rds for 4.99 ended up buying thousands of rds, in the area of an entire ups truck. The driver hated me for like months. My...

    9mm Snub-nose

They are just plain fun to shoot. Ammo is extremely plentiful and usually at half the cost of 38spl. I've got 2 Smith 9s, a Taurus 9 and 2 Cimarron 9mm single action, albeit with 4 34" & 5 1/2" bbl. They are simply as fun to shoot as a 22
