Yes S&W said it was probably just a fluke. When I bought the gun it did not look like it had been fired. I think the owner had dry fired the heck out of it because there was some wear on the slide tabs.

Thanks need all the help I can get. Now I know you can't tell from the picture but for the sight channel I use a 3/8 wooden rod taped to the gun when I molded it is 3/8 not enough?
