I think my hand hurts at the mention of it. But they are good little revolvers. I have to have mine in steel as I can be recoil sensitive.
But the airweights keep calling me.
I carry my 2 1/2 OWB and IWB, all you need ais a good leather holster.
Go to a actual craftsman and order a good one, life is too short to wear an off the shelf holster.

Store bought holsters work for some people, but not me. Life is too short to walk around wearing a bad holster.
Nelson leather is my preference.
I have a set for my 649. I like that they are wide at the shoulder, helps absorb recoil. They do not work with speedloaders and they interfere with ejection of spent cases.
Look good, feel good, but may end up getting the dremel treatment if I were to carry with them.
Many people find the shape of a revolver more friendly for carry due to the difference in shape. Those same people have also come to grip with the theory of certain death for anyone with less than 12 rounds, if that is where the line is.
For me that would be an appendix carry for tucked shirt...

I finally bought a set of round targets. Everything you see with 2.5” 686 is combats. Did any ever come with round targets?
