I have a Crossbreed Supertuck on the way for my M&P9 and have a Serpa holster for the Glock 20/21 that also works for the M&P. That thing is hard to conceal so for now I'm using a DeSantis Speed Scabbard which I find to be a very comfortable OWB holster option.
I still have my beloved Glock 19 and will probably never get rid of it. However the M&P9 I bought a couple months ago quickly became my new carry gun after a single range trip with 500 rounds of flawless ammo. I have a Crossbreed Supertuck on the way for it too!
I seriously cannot stand having dirty guns. I even clean my AK even though it'll run thousands and thousands of rounds without requiring a cleaning. I've always used Break Free CLP and its worked for me just fine.
Where I actually put my trusty Glock 19 in the safe after shooting my M&P9. Between the two guns the M&P feels better and I'm more accurate with it. I still have a love for the Glock 19 and won't get rid of the one I've had since April 2007. I just can't believe the M&P broke the bond between me...

I ordered one for my 5.56 AR-15 and thought maybe sometime in the future I'll order the Aimpoint Comp ML3 or M4S and put the Aimpoint PRO on my 15-22. I hear nothing but good things about the PRO.
So I finally found the little spring and it wasn't easy to find and put it back together. She works like a charm now and looks better without that dreaded lock. Thanks everyone for the help and thanks to Bullseye Smith for providing the plug! :D
So today I received "The Plug" from Bullseye Smith for my 686-6. I managed to take it apart okay and installation of the plug went fairly well. When I put the gun back together and did a function check the hammer wouldn't come back when I tried to dry fire it in double action. I tried to take it...
I sat down this evening and managed to take apart my 686+ and removed the flag but left the black thing that locks the ILS. I feel better knowing for sure it will never lock up on me at the range or when I need it most. Usually I can take things apart okay, but putting them back together is...
